Ten Commandments after heart attack (in funny way)

1. You're still a normal man. The difference is you know that you could have died - they still do not know. Poor.

2. Life is just one (have you know that?) - changing your way of life you can prolong your life. It's worth it.

3. Take medications as recommended by doctors. Maybe sometimes they do not know everything (as in any profession), but standards of treatment are developed by specialists. Seriously.

4. If you smoked - stop, if you did not - let it remain. It is better to light a bonfire.

5. Physical activity is basic - but not with your finger on the TV remote controler or a sponge in the kitchen. Walking, swimming, jogging, bike. And sex.

6. Do not have "other gods" before conventional medicine. Sometimes many promises miracles. And miracles are like election promises. Much ado about nothing.

7. The treatment is a diet. A diet should be as a marriage couple in a decent family - if a man once enters, though sometimes it hurts, it should last forever. Change your diet forever.
